Dr. Heather is an expert on curriculum development and girls education. She has worked with many international partners (e.g. Uganda, Tanzania).

Dr. Heather currently works as Coordinator of Curriculum for C&I Department at Texas Tech University. She’s also the Chair of Graduate Work in Blended and Personalized Learning.
